The Foreword is contributed by the UN Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights of IDPs, who highlights the significant achievements that have been made under the GP20 Plan of Action. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span>This feature is available online in English at <\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fmreview.org\/recognising-refugees\"><span><span>www.fmreview.org\/recognising-refugees<\/span><\/span><\/a><span><span>&nbsp;both within the full magazine and as a standalone 24-page PDF.
